Minneapolis, MN 2025 MedNexus is excited to share that we are preparing to launch initiatives with Robert Okerlund founder of Wise Owl Biologics to bring best-in-class orthobiologic solutions, clinical training, and consulting to the practices and communities we serve.

Wise Owl Biologics provides physicians of multiple disciplines with powerful, state-of-the-art devices designed to process blood, bone marrow, and adipose tissue to isolate, concentrate, and capture autologous tissues. These tissues are then used to treat joint diseases, acute injuries, chronic pain, inflammation, aesthetic applications, wounds, and other tissue insufficiencies.

This collaboration strengthens our ability to deliver ethical, outcomes-focused regenerative care using vetted, FDA-cleared autologous devices and practical, hands-on education for clinicians.

Together we will help practices stand up or elevate biologics programs with:

• Autologous, FDA-cleared platforms for PRP, BMAC, MFAT, and A2M, selected for performance and safety

• On-site and didactic training, protocols, and staff education that translate directly to better patient care
